Cooking
Freeze Dried: (extremely long shelf life) Soak in yummy liquid (wine,stock,water) for an instant only then pat dry and cook as normal. Or add to soups, stews or pasta sauce directly.
Heat Dried: (Long shelf life) Soak in yummy liquid (wine,stock,water) for approx 20 min until tender then strain and cook as normal. Or add to soups, stews or pasta directly.
